Wes Hankins holds a bachelor’s degree in business, and a valid brokers license. Through his brokerage, Wes is qualified to provide both comprehensive real estate and lending services to potential clients. Wes has a breadth and depth of real estate and lending knowledge, extending over 17 years. Wes’ experience includes the successful completion of thousands of real estate transactions, and a comprehensive understanding of residential lending domains (HUD, FHA, USDA, VA, manufactured homes, etc.). Further, Wes has worked with government agencies and managed foreclosure transactions. Wes has a passion for sharing knowledge with others, which has led him to partner with local agencies seeking mentorship opportunities and public speakers. Wes has a deep-seeded connection to the Temecula valley, as he has lived in the area since 1989. He has pride in his community and seeks to improve the lives of his clients with stellar customer service and a strong in-house team. For leisure, Wes enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, and his two children. His favorite place to visit is Mammoth Lakes, Ca, where he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking.
